Exchange/Return

For our customers in the USA, if for some reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of package or pickup to  return the item (except for custom orders). A return shipping label will be sent to you upon approval. The item must be in perfect condition as you received it with the copy of receipt and original tags.

If you want to return your purchase, please send an email to exchanges@minujewels.com and we will provide you with the necessary information to ship the item(s).

We do not process exchanges.  You would have to place a new order for the preferred item.

Return/Refund within the United States

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Note: We do not refund shipping charges.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Please allow 7 business days (Monday - Friday) for refunds to process. 

Return/Refund - International

We do not allow refund/exchanges on purchases shipped outside the USA due to complexity of customs/shipping logistics.
